DPS 200 Differential pressure transmitter for very low ranges in HVAC applications The DPS 200 as new CEP (cost-effective product) completes the product range of differential pressure transmitters for gases and compressed air in HVAC applications. Pressure ranges starting from 1 mbar with a two hundred times higher overpressure underline the robustness of the pressure sensor used.

Possible output signals are 0…10 V and 0/4…20 mA. The optionally available 5-digit LC display has an additional bargraph, which is of interest for filter monitoring or for a direct use of the output signal as a regulating variable.

The rugged ABS housing can also be wall-mounted. The device can thus be installed without removing the cover.

For applications with pulsating volumetric flow rates, the time constant can be set to a value between 50 msec and 2.5 sec via a potentiometer inside the housing. Typical HVAC applications are the flow rate control, filter monitoring, over- and underpressure monitoring in clean rooms and buildings, air lock and cabin monitoring, burner control, level measurement via air bubbling or – under observation of technical peculiarities – biogas measurement as well as laboratory applications.
